Youtube Journey
This project reflects my personal journey into YouTube—where my love for storytelling, design, and content creation first came together. Inspired by the creators I grew up watching, I began researching what makes a channel visually and emotionally engaging. I designed my own channel branding—icons, thumbnails, and banners—while learning to balance creativity with clarity. More than just a design project, this was about gaining the courage to share my voice, be vulnerable, and connect with others through visual storytelling.
Growing up inspired by YouTubers, I always dreamed of creating my own channel—not just to post videos, but to build a space that felt uniquely mine. This project was where I first explored the connection between design and storytelling. I researched what makes a channel visually engaging and emotionally resonant—diving into icons, thumbnails, and banners with intention. Every element was a chance to express who I am and what I wanted to share. Most importantly, this was the moment I found the courage to be vulnerable—to put myself out there creatively. This work reflects not just design decisions, but a personal leap into expression, identity, and narrative.
A collection of thumbnails I designed using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Fresco. Sometimes I use multiple programs for different types of tools, and I think it’s good to always learn and know how to use different systems!
